Meet Melody, our April employee of the month!
Melody joined the JP Graphics team in October 2018, as our Office Manager and our customers love her as much as we do!
Her first major task? Throwing our annual EPIC Holiday Party, and she did a marvelous job….
She planned games, made baskets and coordinated the meal, that I think most would agree it was one of the BEST in our 20-year history.

Over the next few months, Melody blossomed into a KEY employee, adeptly managing so many duties including:
- Answering the phones with her sweet and personable voice and greeting customers and vendors with a smile.
- Invoicing and following the complicated billing directions of our key clients
- Coordinating the mail for JP Graphics and the other tenants that occupy our building.
- Filing the multitude of dockets in an easy to find system.
- And probably the most important and her favorite…. Helping assemble the monthly giveaways to distribute withcandy and whatever else needed….. In fact, last month’s purses were so popular, she could hardly make them fast enough for the people that wanted them!
The staff agreed that Melody is helpful with whatever is asked of her… From maintaining office supplies and candy, to onboarding new employees, to the biometric timeclock, to handing out paychecks, and coordinating employee functions… Melody has proved to be a vital addition to the JP family!
Melody’s sweet demeanor, and willingness to help out wherever needed, has not only made her invaluable to the entire staff of JP Graphics, but to our customers as well. We are very lucky to have her here!

Additional services include fulfilment, large format, and mailing. We deliver all over the Bay Area and ship all over the world.
