This great non-profit fosters long term independence for young, at-risk pregnant and/or parenting moms and their children.

New Creation Home works with more than 125 families in the community every year, and offers two programs to assist young moms that need help.
- Resident Live-In Program to provide a safe and loving home for at-risk new moms and their children.
- Weekly Community Outreach Parenting Classes that welcome both residents and the local East Palo Alto community to engage in focused life-skill coaching workshops.
