The team selected Joe Haslemann as our favorite employee this February.
Joe has worked for JP Graphics since January 8, 2012 and has been a great asset to the JP team and our customers!
He is a “Joe” of all trades, and a “helper to everyone”.
Over the years Joe’s role has changed multiple times, and he has just rolled with the punches, quickly adapting to the new responsibilities. He is the epitome of a good leader, and the team feels comfortable going to him for advice and guidance, or to ask for assistance.
The JP print model is that everyone OWNs their position/press, and Joe’s job is to help them get their job done. Whether that is
- Getting the production schedule working every day
- Ordering inks and getting the plates ready
- Keeping our papers neat and organized
- And most importantly, always keeping the morale up and the communications with the production/senior staff timely.
Other comments included:
- Joe is the nicest guy, always trying to keep the employees and our customers happy – with quality work and timely deliveries.
- He helps cut the papers for the presses and helps ensure the bindery folks can leave on time for their long commute.
- Joe gets along with everyone!
