Our increased focus on medical / pharmaceutical printing and packaging, and bringing mailing in-house with permit #83, is driving our sales growth, especially in Northern California, where recovery from the pandemic has been slower than anticipated.
Central to this success is Claudia Rubio, whose unwavering commitment has earned her the title of August’s Employee of the Month. Claudia’s dedication doesn’t just maintain our momentum—it pushes us beyond limits.
In the fast-paced world of production, meticulous planning isn’t just an asset—it’s a necessity. Claudia embodies this with her amazing knack for detail. Whether she’s orchestrating the movement of boxes, handling Uline specialty products, or keeping grommets and O-rings in constant supply, she makes sure every detail is covered.
Claudia has been with JP Graphics since April 2003 and has clearly become what is termed the model employee. Claudia plays a vital role in bindery, from the earliest beginnings, to adding new machinery. It was Claudia that was trained for the Wire-o, for the new Horizon Perfect Binder. She is the Master of the Horizon, score/folder, and continually knows how to operate almost all the equipment from scales and counts, to shrink wrapping.
Her expertise doesn’t stop there; she’s also a pro with lamination films, shrink wrap films, glues, and tapes. Each item is thoughtfully ordered and monitored, so the bindery team can work smoothly without any hiccups. The outcome? Projects are completed on time, every single time.
When we added the mailing In-house, Claudia has been instrumental to our achievements and growth in this field. She skillfully manages the complex interactions between departments, tackling Confidential and Rushed mailings with ease. Her ability to juggle production, mailing, and ink jetting is truly remarkable. Claudia is like a Master Scheduler, doing triage daily, and always managing to Get it Done!!
