Our High School Interns Ryan and Man came to JP Graphics without any experience with print products or marketing and have really shown what a great team can do.
Their project has been to assist with marketing and to create videos that document the capabilities of our machines. They are also interviewing the employees to learn more about their job and the machines they use.
The video below is one of their first collaborations, which showcases our perfect binder and operator Claudia. (Who was also our January Employee of the Month.)
We asked Ryan and Man how they felt about working with us thus far, and here is what they had to say:
“This week marks the halfway point in my internship at JP Graphics and I must say that this company is more niche than I thought. The work environment is quite comfortable yet so professional. The staff are extremely kind and work in unison together like the feathers of a bird. I think that this internship at JP Graphics is the best thing that I could have asked for, in terms of first time hands-on work experience.” ~ Ryan
Man’s response: ” It has been a new and interesting experience. Not an unwelcome one though.”
Thanks to the City of San Jose and San Jose Works for implementing this amazing program that connects driven High School Students like Man and Ryan with Bay Area businesses like ours.
